Black Cohosh - 100 caps
This herb was traditionally used by the North American Indian women to relieve menstrual pain and cramping due to its antispasmodic actions. It also has anti-inflammatory properties which may be helpful in relieving symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
Symptoms responding to treatment with Black Cohosh include hot flushes, vaginal thinning and drying, night sweats, sleep disturbances and anxiety. Anyone with a family history of breast cancer should not take Black Cohosh. In very rare cases Black Cohosh has been associated with liver failure.

Active Ingredients
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 525mg of Cimicifuga racemosa root powder.
Dosage
For adults: take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
