Eyebright (euphrasia officinalis)- 100 caps
A herb most useful to alleviate infections of the upper respiratory tract, particularly when there is mucous present. It is taken to relieve inflammation of the mucus membranes of the nasal passages as well as sinusitis, hayfever and nasal catarrh.
Eyebright can be used in a eyewash to treat conjunctivitis, however it is essential to ensure topical applications are sterile.

Eyebright has traditionally been used for the temporary relief of symptoms of nasal catarrh, hayfever, and sinusitis.
Active Ingredients
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 400mg of Euphrasia officinalis herb powder.
Dosage
For adults: take two to four capsules with a meal three times daily.
