The ingredients per capsule are:
Ascorbic Acid 156.25mg, Zinc 5.0mg (from Zinc oxide 6.22mg), Selenium 5.4µg (from Selenomethionine 13.5µg), Boron 17.5ng (from Boric Acid 100ng), 100 million cfu of each of the following: Lactobacillus acidophilus Lactobacillus plantarum Lactobacillus brevis Lactobacillus salivarius ssp salivarius Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp bulgaricus Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lactobacillus casei Bifidobacterium bifidum
Directions:
Adults and children over the age of 15 - take 2 capsules twice per day for the first 2 weeks. Thereafter take 1 to 2 capsules twice per day or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Use only as directed. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. A daily dose of 4 capsules contains 196mg of sodium. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. |
