The Oil Garden vapouriser blends are a great way to use 100% pure essential oil blend of Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, Jasmine and Vanilla. Blended to ground, relax and arouse your body and mind.
Ingredients
Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, Jasmine, vanilla.
Directions
* Vaporiser traditional - Fill dish with water, light candle, add 4-6 drops of essential oil
* Vaporiser electric - Add 4-6 drops of essential oil directly onto dish
* Steam inhalation - Fill bathroom sink or large bowl with hot water add 2 drops essential oil, lean over and cover head with towel, breath slowly. Do not have head covered for more then 30 seconds at a time.
* Tissue - Add 2-5 drops of essential oil to a tissue, keep it with you for when you need it.
