How to care for coat and skin:
Mix the powder well into your pet’s moist food and make sure it’s all eaten up. For birds simply place in their dish. Do this every day for healthy skin and a gleaning coat or feathers.

Domestic birds and poultry 25% of feed (or 10-20g per adult domestic bird).
You can give half in the morning and half at night if you prefer.
One level scoop equals 20g.
Active Ingredients
The active ingredients in Rufus & Coco Super Skin & Coat include:
Range of protein meals and grain meals. Includes pollard. These are high in protein. Protein is required to synthesise collagen and keratin, the structural elements of skin, hair, fur, nails, hooves and feathers.
Molasses – Thick, dark liquid made from sugar cane. Provides an energy source. Also a source of vitamins and minerals and a palatability enhancer.
DCP (Dicalcium Phosphate) - Source of calcium and phosphorus. Required for strong bones and teeth.
Cod liver oil - Contains omega-3 fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins. May assist in skin healing.
Iron - Forms part of haemoglobin, which transports oxygen in the body. Insufficient iron results in anaemia, which makes animals less energetic.
Manganese - Is required for healthy bones and cartilage.
Zinc - Required for healthy skin, hair, fur and hooves.
Iodine - Iodine deficiency makes animals less energetic.
Cobalt - Is essential as part of vitamin B12. Deficiency similar to B12 deficiency.
Copper - Helps build skin integrity and elasticity. Copper is required for enzymes that produce melanin, which influences colouring of animals and birds.
Vitamin A - Is required for the integrity and functioning of skin cells.
Vitamin D - Is needed to absorb calcium.
Vitamin B1 - Is required for muscle function.
Vitamin B2 - Deficiency causes skin, tongue and mouth inflammation.
Vitamin B6 – Is required for protein metabolism and a healthy immune system, deficiency may cause skin and tongue inflammation.
Vitamin B12 - Deficiency in vitamin B12 causes anaemia, which makes animals less energetic. |
