Thompson's One A Day Celery 2000 - 60 caps
Celery has been widely used as both a food and a medication since the Middle Ages. The ancient Greeks used celery to make a wine called selenites, which was served as an award at athletic games. Celery is high in minerals – hence its advantage as a herbal diuretic. Pharmaceutical diuretics tend to cause a loss of minerals along with water. However herbal diuretics such as celery and parsley are often high in minerals which counter-acts the potential depletion of potassium and other minerals.
