In addition to its use as a spice and a pigment, turmeric has been used in India for medicinal purposes for centuries. Curcumin is the principal curcuminoid found in turmeric, and is generally considered its most active constituent. Studies have shown that curcumin exerts anti-inflammatory activity by inhibition of a number of different molecules that play an important role in inflammation. This product uses Curcimin C3 Complex®, an extract patented for its unique composition ratio of Curcuminoids, guaranteeing potency, consistency and delivery of natural antioxidants extracted from Turmeric Root.

May assist in the relief of the pain and swelling of inflamed joints. Also has antioxidant properties.

Dosage
For Adults: Take one to two capsules twice daily with water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
