Uva Ursi

Uva Ursi has traditionally been used in cases of genito-urinary tract inflammation. The leaves contain tannin, an astringent useful in treating wounds, which soothes and speeds up tissue healing. It is considered a tonic and stimulant as well as being soothing and calming.
The essential oils contained in Uva ursi have powerful antiseptic properties and can be used to treat urinary tract infections, cystitis (bladder inflammation), and kidney stones.

A traditional herb with astringing and antiseptic properties to help relieve inflammation of the lower urinary tract.
Active Ingredients
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 440mg of Arctostaphylos uva-ursi leaf powder.
Dosage
For adults: take three capsules with a meal three times daily. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Caution
Always read the label. Avoid use during pregnancy and lactation. Drink plenty of water during the day and avoid acidic foods whilst taking. Not recommended for children under 12 years. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
