Nutrients: Selenium (as selenomethionine) 100mcg
Nutrients: Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 1000IU

Directions for use: Adults take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions and contraindications: Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not to be used in those with an over active thyroid gland.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
