The Rebuild Me Program

Level 1 — Reset & Stabilise Level 1 is for women who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. The focus here is stabilisation — calming the nervous system, restoring basic regulation, and creating enough internal safety to think clearly again. Through gentle NLP practices, grounding tools, nourishment guidance, and simple daily rituals, you’ll learn how to slow your stress response and reconnect with yourself without pushing or forcing change. This level isn’t about fixing everything — it’s about getting steady enough to stand. Level 2 — Awareness & Pattern Breaking Level 2 is where clarity begins. This level helps you recognise patterns in your thoughts, behaviours, relationships, and emotional responses, and gives you language for what’s been happening beneath the surface. Using NLP, reflection, and body-based awareness, you’ll start to gently interrupt cycles that no longer serve you. This level is for women who keep asking, “Why does this keep happening?” and are ready to understand — without self-blame. Level 3 — Rebuild & Resilience Level 3 focuses on rebuilding capacity after burnout, trauma, or long-term stress. Here, we strengthen what’s already working and build emotional, mental, and physical resilience so you can stay upright when life feels heavy. This level weaves together nervous system support, boundaries, self-trust, reframing, and nourishment practices to help your body catch up to who you’re becoming. Level 4 — Integration & Future Direction Level 4 is about integration and moving forward without fear. This level brings everything together and applies it to real life — relationships, decisions, identity, and future planning. You’ll explore values, boundaries, and ongoing support so you’re no longer just surviving, but choosing consciously. This is about stepping into the next chapter with clarity, self-respect, and confidence in your ability to support yourself.
